“We have to train to face the best situations and be ready for any scenario. So, it doesn’t mean that a performance like today will happen again against Arsenal,” he added.

Alonso Believes Chelsea Still Have Room to Grow
The perfect start has given Chelsea plenty of encouragement, but Alonso is not suggesting that his team has already reached its best level.
Instead, he believes the squad can continue improving as the season progresses.
The Brighton match itself was another learning experience. Chelsea showed attacking quality and the ability to score four goals, but they also demonstrated that game management remains an area for development.
“Today’s game was a big challenge and a big test. Next week will also be a big game,” Alonso said.

Alonso rejected that interpretation.
“According to me, this is quite normal,” he said.

“We are in the process. I’m sure going forward we can manage results like this better,” Alonso said.

Chelsea’s three consecutive victories have created a strong foundation, but the trip to Arsenal will provide a completely different challenge.
The Blues have already shown that they can score goals and start matches strongly. The next step is proving they can maintain their level when facing sustained pressure from a top opponent.
Against Brighton, Chelsea led 3-0 before allowing the visitors to make the game uncomfortable.
Against Arsenal, Alonso will want his team to avoid a similar loss of control.

At the same time, he knows his players must continue learning and improving.
